Sydney McLaughlin and the Union Catholic track team got in a workout despite the pouring rain.

The Workout:
4x30m sled pulls
4x30m sprints
2x90m (30m acceleration, 30m cruise, 30m acceleration)

Sydney’s 30m sprint times (automatic timing)
3.98 | 3.89 | 3.91 | 3.79 (fastest on the team)
