Try this surf and turf style Paddle Board / Land boot camp workout. In this class I created a circuit that combined paddle board (SUP) fitness exercises with extreme hard core boot camp style drills.

Reach out to paddle board companies in your area to see if you can get a deal on renting boards for your class. Then just kick these ass on the land after. Step outside the box and do new things with your boot camp clients.

This could be a great special occasion workout out!
